  • Who can we help?  We can provide a home for those that are independent with limited assistance, to those requiring a high ADL program and total dependence.   We have experience with Alzheimer’s / Dementia Care, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Heart disease care, Illness and Injury Recovery, Diabetics, TBI care, and those with disabilities.

  • Espanola House Layout: 6 private bedrooms (each with their own smart flat screen tv – free Netflix access), 2 large living rooms, eat in kitchen/dining room, 4 full and 1 1/2 bathrooms (each full bathroom has an open shower to accommodate a shower chair), 2 common reading areas, computer center, and lots of windows for natural lighting.  House is networked for wifi.

  • Are the Bedrooms Private?  Bedrooms are all private rooms with their own flat screen smart tv and Netflix.  Electric hospital beds are allowed, and residents can decorate their own rooms.   Pictures, beds, dressers, tables, lift chairs, anything to help them feel comfortable in their new home.

  • Who works in the home? Tracy is the home manager and will provide care for all our residents.  Tracy has worked in home care and Adult Foster Care homes for over 20 years.  Working with Tracy is Gloria, our registered nurse with over 20 experience helping those in need as well has having owned her own Adult Foster Care home.  Together they will ensure that your loved one gets the very best care as a new member of our family. 

  • So what’s on the Agenda?  We have regular activities planned like: Bingo night, cards, recall games, arts and crafts, reading night, puzzles, music appreciation, movies, spa day including manicure and pedicures, and even baking classes.  We will have days at the park, Wacky Wednesdays, cook outs, and trips down town.  Exercise options are available like stretch and reach, meditation, range of motion, and even yoga.  We follow exercise plans provided by physical therapist’s orders. 

  • What’s cooking? All meals are served home style, with special treats throughout the day.  We will try to keep a variety of the resident’s favorite snacks on hand.  Betty Crocker is our chef of choice and she has a ton of great home recipes.  Additionally we will have around the world theme nights with fun foods from Italy, Mexico, Germany, England, and Jamaica just to mention a few.

  • House Guest Hours: 10am – 6pm daily, with extended hours available upon request

  • We provide assisted care up to total dependent care. Additional services such as Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, mobile services, Physician visits and podiatry can all be scheduled in the home.   

  • How much does it cost?  Prices range from $4,000 and up, depending on the level of care required.  Every resident participates in a no obligation home tour and information session where cost is addressed.
